Most people don’t know it’s even possible.
You see, most people only join the buying process at the very end…
but, buying presale has some BIG advantages…
When you buy presale from the developer, you invest in a project that is not ready now but will be in the next few years or so.
Just so you know, these are called offplan
It’s really important you remember the word offplan because this word is going to open doors for you that don’t exist for anyone else!
Buying offplan, at the presale stage, allows you to pick up properties very cheaply, essentially giving you a huge discount on your initial investment.
Once the presale stage is over, usually 6-12 months after your initial investment, the price of what you bought will already be 10-20% higher after just 6 months.
To put it another way, your investment increases in value by 10-20% almost immediately after the presale closes.
And that’s just the start…
Put less down upfront, and get a BIGGER return…
The easiest way to explain the massive potential using This Flipping Method is with an example.
If a property costs 250k USD, or 1M AED, you’d usually have to put down a deposit of 20%.
But because This Flipping Method takes advantage of offplan projects - meaning it will be ready in the next few years - you can pay slowly over time with a payment plan!
That means you can invest early and pay later…just like I do.
All you need to do is put 20% down the first month.
Then, every few months after that, you pay 5% and buy the property gradually over time.
By the time you get to 6 months, you’ve only paid around 50k USD, but the value of you’ve property has gone up by a massive 10-20%!
You’ve put down your initial investment of $50k USD on a property valued at the time at 250k…
…but in just 6 months, your property is now worth a minimum of 10% more or 275k (and that’s a conservative figure)!
You can now sell at the new price of 275k and take the extra 10% (25k) in free profit.
That’s 50k down to get 75k back… in just 6 months without having to do anything…return of 33.3%!
All because you’ve got in directly with the developer before the presale stage and bought OFFPLAN.
